U.S. Supreme Court Violates Constitution by Changing the Definition of the Term “Sex”

Dear Americans,

Your U.S. Supreme Court engaged in judicial activism on June 15, 2020, by rendering a decision (6 in favor and 3 against) of including in the term “sex” sexual orientation and transsexualism that was not envisioned by those who drew up the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  This is a clear violation of the U.S. Constitution by the Supreme Court in that they usurped the powers of your Congress to make laws afforded by the same Constitution in its separation of powers between the legislative, executive, and judicial branches.

What are your Congress and President going to do about it?
