Fr. Isaac Relyea Has It Wrong about the College of Cardinals Being Able to Depose a Reigning Pope

This heresy is common in Traditionalist circles, even within the True Resistance, and that is that a reigning pope can be deposed for heresy by the College of Cardinals or an ecumenical council.  If one begins with the presumption that Jorge Bergoglio is the currently reigning pope of the Catholic Church (of course he actually is not), then holding that he can be deposed by the College of Cardinals or an ecumenical council is a form of conciliarism, which has been condemned by the Church.  Furthermore, this position heretically opposes the dogma enunciated at Vatican I that the pope has full and supreme jurisdiction over the entire Church in all ecclesiastical matters.  Therefore, the pope cannot be judged by anyone, even in the matter of heresy.  Unfortunately, Fr. Issac Relyea has fallen for this heresy as demonstrated by a recent sermon of his.  The relevant portion starts at 6 minutes and 30 seconds in the link below:

  1. I don’t think Fr. Isaac Relyea has wrong about the College of Cardinals being able to depose a fake intruder reigning freemason acting as pope… This matter had been discussed and approved by many priests and bishops before even Fr. GRUNER AGREED WITH IT. Don’t believe me, check it out the videotapes of those talks are still available somewhere, dig it out and listen for yourself. When it comes to this situation, the real Pope (Benedict XVI is in fact being prisoned by the Luciferians of the NWO) is imprisoned by house arrest and the fake Freemason/Antipope/Antichrist of the NWO runs the church, and the world into hell, and your guys are still in the darkness? Unbelievably the chastisement of the spiritual is clear and Catholics still can’t see it.

    • Please read carefully what I wrote. “If one begins with the presumption that Jorge Bergoglio is the currently reigning pope…..”

  2. Tony, this is a little off topic but do you recall Fr. Kramer talking about Malachi Martin’s reference to the 3rd secret and the cryptic statement, maybe about the antichrist or something else “… were that the only thing…”?

    • Fr. Kramer mentioned that the Third Secret potentially contained a message about an antipope, and then Fr. Martin responded as you stated.

  3. Assuming Benedict is the pope; wouldn’t he have the right and duty to relieve Francis of his position? Might he be waiting for the right time?

    • It depends on the theory you have regarding why Benedict XVI did what he did in 2013. Some say he did it on purpose to save the papacy. Others say he committed a substantial error in thinking that he could just renounce the ministerium.
