Gathering in Rome in Support of Pope Benedict XVI – December 11, 2022

On December 11, 2022, there was a gathering in Rome, led by Don Alessandro Minutella (excommunicated by the Conciliar Church), of supporters of the truth that Benedict XVI is the current pope.  May they also be led fully to Tradition.  While they have used their intellects, enlightened by Our Lord’s grace, to discern that Benedict XVI is the true pope, much of the clergy and faithful of the Resistance (true and false) continue to adhere to antipope Jorge Bergoglio.  It is bad enough that Jorge Bergoglio is an antipope, but he is also a public manifest formal heretic, which itself is post factum (i.e., after his supposed election) evidence that he is an antipope because a true pope cannot be a public manifest formal heretic.  Yet the Resistance go on humming and hawing waiting for the Church to finally decide.

BUT THE CHURCH HAS ALREADY DECIDED IN ITS VISIBLE HEAD, BENEDICT XVI.

Canon Law requires a pope to manifestly renounce the munus for a valid renunciation of the papacy.  Pope Benedict XVI, however, in his Decarlatio of February 2013, did not renounce the munus.  He renounced something other than the munus, namely the ministerium.  By doing this, he manifested his intention to retain the munus.  Therefore, he remained pope and is still pope today.  It only takes some study, prayer, and the use of reason to come to this conclusion.  Unfortunately, the Resistance is for some reason blinded from seeing this truth.  I pray they wake up soon.

  1. If this movement is truly legitimate, then where is Benedict in this scene?

    How can you have a ‘true pope’ who refuses to act as pope? What is the plan here, people?

    This whole thing goes nowhere. It MAY have had a chance if Benedict ever voiced his willingness to take back over. But that hasn’t happened. And at the ripe age of 96, 97?, its not likely to happen.

    Lets grow up people.

      • Nobody wants Francis. But since he is the highest authority, no one can depose him either. He would have to voluntarily resign to lose his office.

        Ergo we must suffer under him until God calls him to his judgement. We don’t follow him but we can’t WISH him away as these poor folks are doing in the above article. He is our unfortunate reality.

        Instead of clamoring for a man who clearly doesn’t wish to be pope, we should instead be storming Heaven to resolve this crisis, which will not be fixed by men but by Heaven alone. We don’t seem to be yet in these times but clearly the solution will not be man-made.

        Prophecies regarding the Papal Crisis:

        “… The sky was covered with clouds so dense and dismal that it was impossible to look at them without dismay… The avenging arm of God will strike the wicked, and in his mighty power he will punish their pride and presumption. God will employ the powers of hell for the extermination of these impious and heretical persons who desire to overthrow the Church and destroy its foundation. ….
