  1. Thanks for putting this up. One of the issues I see, if the cardinals already believe Jorge is Pope, then can they be held accountable for not electing a new one? It seems they would first need to have doubts arise first, then investigate, then once they determine that Jorge was never Pope and that Benedict was the Pope, then they would be held accountable for the 20 days to elect a new Pope (because they will know better). But currently, the vast majority of Cardinals and Catholics think Jorge is Pope so they have no reason to elect a new one.

  2. I have posted these comments to Br. Bugnolo’s website, as one of the faithful had asked him if he had spoken with Father Kramer, and he had commented that he did not think they had ever exchanged correspondence.

  3. ik father Kramer says that canon lawyers should look into the matter (the matter being: that if the cardinals have forsaken their duty acc to UDG, that it’s upto the roman faithfull now) then that is a prudent and logical reaction.

this contradicts the second thing he says, namely that this can only result in a doubtful pope AT BEST.

why conclude the latter, on basis of the former? no Logic here.

    give Br.AB time!
at least the benefit of the doubt
at least as long as his (seemingly careful) reading of canon law has not been falsified
