More and more clergy outside of the so-called Resistance are coming to the realization that Jorge Bergoglio is not the pope of the Catholic Church. Meanwhile, the clergy of the so-called Resistance continue to accept Jorge Bergoglio as pope repeating, “We wait for the Church to make the judgment.” Yet they have preempted the Church’s judgment that Vatican II is not Catholic and that the Novus Ordo Rite is not acceptable to a Catholic. Strange. They act as if being pope is purely a canonical question and that therefore they must await a canonical judgment. Of course this is not true. For one to be pope, he must be Catholic. The public sin of manifest formal heresy transforms one from being Catholic to non-Catholic, and this is the case regardless of whether heresy is a canonical delict (i.e., crime). Whether one has committed the public sin of manifest formal heresy can be known with moral certitude by an observer if the evidence is sufficient. In the case of Jorge Bergoglio, his public manifest formal heresy is a fact and therefore can be known with moral certitude by an observer who has eyes to see and ears to hear.

Father Altman is unlike most CATHOLIC so called leaders such as priests, bishops, cardinals, Catholic media sources, and so forth today who are lukewarm, seduce others, and are the deaf and blind leading those whom they seduce and/or who prefer to remain comfortably deaf and blind. In jurisprudence, de facto is before a judicial decision. In secular law, we have to wait for a de jure decision first. So even if a crime is known de facto it can only be punished after a de jure decision. Just throwing this out there. Robert Bellarmine said it’s ipso facto.
The 1917 Code of Canon Law states that one who defects from the Catholic Faith loses office by that very fact. However, it true that only the competent authority can enforce the loss of office. What we can do as observers is refuse to submit to the heretic and persuade others to do the same .
