This week saw the anniversary of the death of Father Francis McSpiritt, a miracle-working priest who lived and worked in Caledon, Ontario, in the 19th century. We posted a story about his life last year (https://ecclesiamilitans.com/2013/08/24/caledon-miracle-working-priest/).
&nsp We visited his gravesite today and were happy to see his monument decorated with beautiful chrysanthemums. Father has not been forgotten!
Sorry for the delay in responding. Yes, we have been to the gravesite last year and this year and did bring home some soil. We were happy to see that the site is well maintained.

I looked up Father and had a wonderful time reading about this ‘simple yet powerful’ priest who went about saving souls as a Father would for his family. How precious to read this history of the Church. How far have the consecrated ones fallen from their true path which as Archbishop Lefebvre said was to save souls.
Have you been to his gravesite? If so have you brought some soil home with you?
Enjoy all your posts.
With a joyful heart,
